Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Settle in for an evening of tranquility with  Loula. Allow her to be your guide through this incredibly restorative and rejuvenating experience. Loula will take you on a journey through your Chakras from root to crown using yoga postures, visualizations, and breath work. Loula will incorporate a mixture of Himalayan brass and quartz singing bowls to bring you into a deep state of meditation.
