This workshop is designed for newer students—or anyone who wants to better understand what’s actually happening in a vinyasa class. We’ll slow things down and break apart common postures and transitions you see again and again, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, chaturanga, and transitions on and off the mat.
You’ll learn proper alignment, modifications, and options so you can move with confidence, safety, and ease—whether you’re stepping into vinyasa for the first time or looking to refine your foundation. Expect a supportive, judgment-free environment with time for questions, exploration, and rest.
