Join us for a 1 hour prenatal yoga class. These gentle classes will focus on breath, movement, and mindfulness to help you connect with your body, your baby, and a community of other expecting moms. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, each session offers safe, accessible practices to build strength, ease discomfort, and prepare both body and mind for welcoming your baby. We can not wait to be a part of your pregnancy journey.
